  Bonnie is knowledgeable and caring. She goes to the jail once a week to teach a yoga class to the inmates in the substance abuse program. She not only helps them to understand how stress relief and a healthy lifestyle will help improve their chances of staying sober she goes above and beyond by contacting their local yoga studios to allow them to continue their practice post release. I can't say enough good things about the people here at Synergy.
